Emma's Villa & Stugor is located at Kebal 2, 452 90 Strömstad, Sweden — approximately 1.5 hours from both Oslo and Gothenburg via the E6, exit 112 Strömstad N. The property sits directly adjacent to Strömstad GK golf course and is a short drive from the Strömstad ferry terminal to the Koster Islands.

## Accommodation

### The Villa
A spacious villa with 6 rooms and en-suite bathrooms accommodating up to 13 guests. Three larger double rooms and three smaller rooms (one with three beds). Features a 180 m² furnished terrace, shared kitchen, living room and dining room. Bed linen and towels always included. End cleaning included.

Prices: 4 800 SEK/night (low season) · 6 000–8 600 SEK/night (mid season) · 8 600 SEK/night (high season). 40 % discount from night 2, 50 % from night 3.

### The Cottages (×6)
Six self-contained cottages with fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom and furnished terrace for 4 persons. Maximum 4 guests per cottage. Bed linen and towels always included. End cleaning always included.

Prices: 1 490 SEK/night (low season) · 1 990–2 890 SEK/night (mid season) · 2 890 SEK/night (high season). Supplement 395 SEK/night for 3rd and 4th guest. 40 % discount from night 2, 50 % from night 3.

### Seasons
- High season: June–August
- Mid season: April–May and September–October (weekday 1 990/6 000 SEK, weekend 2 890/8 600 SEK)
- Low season: November–March
- Easter priced as mid season. Long weekends from Easter through September priced as high season.

### Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 15:00–23:00. Check-out: by 11:00.

## Golf

The property is located directly next to Strömstad GK (stdgk.se). Green fee and golf cart can be added at booking. Breakfast at the club restaurant is available for all guests (150 SEK/person).

- Mid season weekday (Mon–Thu): 600 SEK/person
- Mid season weekend (Fri–Sun): 650 SEK/person
- High season: 700 SEK/person
- Price adjusted to Strömstad GK's current rates before each season.

### Golf cart
500 SEK/day. 4 own golf carts available.

### Three-course golf package
A three-day golf package for guests travelling from Norway:
- Day 1: Mjölkeröds GK (mjolkerodgk.se) — south along the coast
- Day 2: Strömstad GK — right next to the property
- Day 3: Dynekilen GK (dynegolf.se) — on the way home along the E6

## Koster Islands

The Koster Islands (Nord- and Sydkoster) are Sweden's westernmost inhabited islands, surrounded by Kosterfjord National Park — Sweden's first marine national park. Car-free islands. Ferry from Strömstad harbour: approx. 20 min to Sydkoster, 35 min to Nordkoster. Emma's Villa & Stugor is the ideal mainland base for day trips.

From Gothenburg: E6 northbound, exit 112 Strömstad N, follow Ringvägen towards Seläter Camping, then gravel road left — 700 m to property.
From Oslo: E6 southbound across Svinesund, exit 112 Strömstad N, same route.
Train: Västtågen to Strömstad (vasttrafik.se), then taxi (approx. 7 min). Ferry from Norway via Vy to Halden, then bus/taxi.
Cable ferry shortcut: access card in accommodation unit — shortcut on foot to Strömstad and Koster ferry terminal.
Free parking: one space per accommodation unit.
