By car
Emma's Villa & Stugor is easily reached by car from most directions. Parking is available on site — free of charge for guests.
From Gothenburg
Approx. 1 hr 30 min via the E6 northbound towards Strömstad. Take exit 112, Strömstad N. Drive approx. 3.2 km and take the first exit. Follow Ringvägen until you see Seläter Camping on your right — it is signposted. Take the gravel road to the left. After 700 metres, Emma's is on your right.
From Oslo
Approx. 1 hr 30 min via the E6 southbound across the border at Svinesund. Take exit 112, Strömstad N and follow the same signs towards Seläter Camping.
From Stockholm
Approx. 5 hrs via the E18 and E6 towards Strömstad. Then follow signs towards exit 112, Strömstad N.

One free parking space per accommodation unit, directly on the property.
By public transport — train & bus
It is possible to reach Strömstad by train from both Gothenburg and Oslo. From there it is a short journey to us.
From Gothenburg
Train with Västtågen to Strömstad — approx. 2 hrs 30 min. Departs from Gothenburg Central Station. See timetables at vasttrafik.se
From Oslo
Train with Vy to Halden, then bus or taxi to Strömstad. Approx. 2 hrs total. See vy.no for timetables.
From Strömstad to Emma's
A taxi from Strömstad town centre takes approx. 7 minutes. We're happy to help arrange a taxi — just let us know when you book.
The cable ferry — shortcut to Strömstad
Emma's is located near a cable ferry that takes you across to Strömstad town and the Koster ferry terminal in just a few minutes. An access card for the ferry is in your accommodation unit — take it with you and use the shortcut.
The ferry is operated by the user and takes only a few minutes.

From Strömstad harbour, ferries depart to both North and South Koster — a short and easy journey.
To South Koster
Departs from Strömstad harbour. Approx. 20 min travel time. See current timetable at stromstad.se

Tip
During high season there may be queues for the ferry — allow plenty of time, especially at weekends.
By plane
The nearest airports are Gothenburg Landvetter and Oslo Gardermoen — both with good connections to Strömstad.
Landvetter
Approx. 1 hr 45 min by car, or train + bus via Gothenburg Central. Hire a car at the airport for the most convenient journey.
Gardermoen
Approx. 2 hrs by car via the E6 southbound. Or train to Oslo Central Station, then onwards to Strömstad.
